Bonus Terms and Conditions

These Pitbet Bonus Terms govern all promotions offered by Pitbet. Each promotion may have its own specific terms; in case of conflict, the terms for the individual promotion prevail. By participating in any promotion, you accept and agree to these terms as part of the overall Terms and Conditions of Use.

Eligibility and Account Identifiers

• Only one bonus offer is allowed per person, from a single household, address, email, IP address, or device. The operator may require verification of identity and ownership of payment methods before withdrawals.
• To qualify for any deposit-based bonus, you must have at least one successful deposit into your Pitbet account. A minimum deposit amount for deposit bonuses is €20, unless otherwise stated for a specific offer.

Bonus Activation and One-Bonus Rule

• Bonuses must be claimed and activated before you begin wagering. You may not retroactively activate unused bonuses after a withdrawal request.
• Only one active bonus may be in effect at any time. Deposit bonuses are not cumulative; they do not stack with other active bonuses.
• You cannot activate a previously unused bonus after initiating a withdrawal request; doing so will result in loss of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Wagering Requirements and How They are Calculated

Wagering requirements determine when bonus funds and any winnings become withdrawable. Unless stated otherwise in a promotion, the following applies:

• Standard deposit bonuses: 50 times the initial bonus amount. Free Spin winnings: 40 times the winnings amount.
• Wagering is calculated against active bonus balance. Real-money balance is used first; bonus funds are drawn down only after the real balance is exhausted or insufficient to meet stake.
• If you have multiple active bonuses with different wagering terms, wagering is applied to the largest bonus first.
• Games contribute to wagering as follows (subject to any exclusions listed in the promotion): Slots and Keno contribute 100%; Table and Card Games, Video Poker, and Craps contribute 0%; Live Casino and Jackpot games are restricted while a bonus is active.
• Some titles may be explicitly excluded from wagering contribution. You should consult the game information card for current wagering applicability.

Betting Limits and Gameplay During an Active Bonus

• The maximum wager allowed while a Casino Bonus is active is €5 per bet. This limit may be adjusted for specific promotions; always check the offer terms.
• The following game types may be unavailable or contribute differently during bonus activity: Live Casino and Jackpot games are restricted, and certain titles may be excluded from wagering contributions.

Bonus Validity Periods

• Bonuses are valid for 10 days from activation, unless a promotion states otherwise. If wagering requirements are not met within this period, the entire bonus balance and any winnings derived from the bonus may be removed from your account.
• In addition, there may be a 30‑day window in which a bonus can be used or cancelled if not utilized by that time. If the bonus remains unused for 30 days, it may be cancelled in the operator’s sole discretion.

Maximum Bonus Release (Cash-Out Caps)

• Non-deposit bonuses (including any winnings from Free Spins) have a cap of €25 per promotion unless stated otherwise.
• Deposit bonuses are capped at 10 times the bonus amount released to real balance.
• Free Spins winnings are capped at €100 per promotion unless specified otherwise.
• If a withdrawal would exceed these caps, the excess amount will be removed from the withdrawal total.

Withdrawals, Forfeiture and Bonus Interactions

• Bonus funds are not cashable until wagering requirements are satisfied. If you withdraw before completing wagering requirements, the bonus balance and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• When you request a withdrawal, you may be restricted to withdrawing only funds from your Real Balance, with any remaining bonus balance and related winnings forfeited unless the wagering requirements have already been met.
• Any bonus, including Free Spins, may be canceled at any time by Pitbet, and any winnings derived from the bonus may be removed if cancellation occurs before wagering requirements are met.

Cancellation, Irregular Play and Fraud

Pitbet reserves the right to cancel promotions, suspend or terminate accounts, and withhold or claw back bonuses and winnings in cases of irregular play or suspected fraud. Irregular play includes, but is not limited to, hedging strategies, low-margin or zero-risk bets aimed at exploiting wagering requirements, cross-currency gaming patterns, and account-sharing or collusion. If irregular play is detected, the operator may revoke eligibility for bonuses and remove related winnings.

Fair Play and Zero-Tolerance Policy

Pitbet maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bonus misuse. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus mechanics may result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, account suspension, and potential legal action in relevant jurisdictions. Promotions are intended for genuine gameplay by eligible players.

Promotions, Updates and Currency Considerations

The promotions program is subject to change. Pitbet may modify, pause or cancel offers at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are credited in the currency configured on your Pitbet account. You may be targeted or excluded from certain promotions based on eligibility and promotional criteria. If you wish to opt out of promotional communications, you may contact Customer Support.

Compliance and Verification

To participate in bonuses and to pursue withdrawals, you may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Documentation may include identity, address, and payment method verification as requested by Pitbet. Failure to provide required documents may prevent withdrawals and bonus redemption.
