Self-Exclusion — Purpose and Scope

Pitbet offers a self-exclusion mechanism to help players manage their gambling activity across all Pitbet products. This policy applies to every Pitbet product and service accessible through the Pitbet platform. By initiating self-exclusion you acknowledge the consequences described herein and agree to comply for the defined period.

Initiating Self-Exclusion

You may initiate self-exclusion through two channels: (1) within your Pitbet account by selecting the Self-Exclusion option in your account settings, or (2) by contacting Pitbet Customer Care. In either case you must confirm your decision and select a predefined exclusion period. You may not alter or shorten the chosen period after submission.

Duration Options and Effects

Exclusion periods are predefined in the Self-Exclusion interface. Available options include:

  • 1 month
  • 3 months
  • 6 months
  • 12 months
  • 24 months
  • Permanent exclusion

Once an exclusion is active, the following effects apply for the duration of the period: access to the Pitbet account is blocked; login is prohibited; deposits and withdrawals are disabled; and promotional communications are suppressed.

Account and Transaction Restrictions During Exclusion

During the self-exclusion period you will not be able to log in to Pitbet, deposit funds, withdraw funds, or access Pitbet products. If an extension is granted, the new period is added to the previously excluded interval and the account remains inaccessible for the combined duration. Reactivation occurs automatically at the end of the exclusion period unless an extension has been approved. If you require an earlier reactivation, you may submit a written request; Pitbet may grant or deny such a request at its sole discretion.

Post-Exclusion Limits and Conduct

Pitbet supports financial limits to foster responsible play. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits in your account. If you exceed a self-imposed limit, you will be restricted from taking actions related to that limit. Requests to revoke a limit or exclusion should be made in writing or via electronic notice as appropriate; Pitbet retains sole discretion to approve or deny such requests.
